From the Directorate of GUMS UP There is a total commitment to ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information systems, as well as ensuring compliance with all applicable legal obligations.
A key focus of the policy is the implementation, operation, and maintenance of an information security management system (ISMS) based on the international standard UNE ISO/IEC 27001, currently in force for information systems that support incentive generation and gamification services, according to the current declaration of applicability.
The general guidelines and objectives related to information security are reflected in this Policy, defined by Management. It forms part of the company's set of policies and is consistent with all of them, and is applicable to the entire organization.
These guidelines are set out below:
- Ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information.
- Comply with all applicable legal requirements for information security.
- Ensure business continuity, rapid incident resolution, and high customer satisfaction.
- Train and raise awareness among all staff and collaborators on information security.
- Ensure that all staff are aware of their information security roles and obligations and are responsible for fulfilling them.
- Manage customer information effectively and efficiently, within a lifecycle that enables continuous improvement of implemented processes and the ISMS in general.
- Ensure that the information security requirements agreed with clients are met and maintained
- Disseminate applicable security requirements to company stakeholders.
The Management will provide those responsible for information security with all the necessary tools, documented, to ensure that this Policy is known, understood, developed and kept up to date by all levels of the organization, as well as communicated to all those people who work on behalf of GUMS UP.
Finally, the Directorate of GUMS UP is committed to continually improving the Management System, as well as the organization's performance in terms of information security.
